ORIGINS
SKSI Plans & Permits was founded in 1990 by Richard Aryeh Rifkin, who is an expert in architectural design, engineering, Real Estate development, mortgage lending and technology. Mr. Rifkin grew up in the Real Estate industry. His father owned a Real Estate company in South Florida. Approximately 2/3rds of all listings in the Dade-Broward MLS belonged to his father and mother in the 1970’s.
