Lisa Ann Corpora was born and raised in Easton, Pennsylvania. She began her career in 1990, first as a stripper to pay for her studies and obtained a dental assistant diploma and did exotic dancing5. During her secondary studies, she was passionate about basketball and skiing6.

It was in 1993 that she began in the pornography industry and shot her first scene in the film Flesh For Fantasy (1994), for which she received good reviews for her performances: "It's the first time I've seen Lisa Ann [...] and she looked great overall”7. During the first two years of her adult film career, she was under contract with Metro/Cal Vista, and only toured once a month with John O'Rourke8. However, she left this industry in 1997, for fear of catching the AIDS virus, but took pictures undressed for the next seven years, and owned a spa establishment for four years6.

Between September 2005 and February 2006, she worked as a talent agent for the company LA Direct Models (en), and then returned to porn8,9. The same year, in November, she created an artistic agency called "Lisa Ann's Talent Management", aiming to discover new talents8. In 2007, she teamed up with Seymore Butts.
