Our Exciting Opportunity:

We are now looking for a Solution Architect, who will be responsible for analyzing, designing and developing commercially viable end-to-end technical solutions based on the customer specifications and business needs. Responsible for short and long-term profitable business for Ericsson by being part of or working closely with the Core 3 team to translate the customer need and technology opportunities into detailed technical offerings, solutions and proposals. Supports the Consultants during requirement analysis and high level design phases.

You will:

Be responsible for scope, defining and designing solution offerings; driving end-to-end technical solutions

To be successful in the role you must have:

The opportunity
• The Quality Assurance Analyst is part of dynamic and growing team responsible for managing and leading Quality Assurance and Improvement (QA&I) Continuous Improvement and Findings Referrals for Enterprise Technology (ET). You will be responsible for driving Continuous Improvement for the organization, mitigation of findings resulting from QA Assessments and tracking negative trends impacting technology. You will work across various technology groups to ensure improvement and risk are addressed or escalated until resolution. Additionally, as the QA analyst you will work works with the QA&I lead to ensure the program is maturing through close internal monitoring and customer feedback. As the Quality Assurance Analyst, you will possess excellent organizational and analytical skills to manage the assessment life cycle, deliver data driven results and foster quality as a way of working across the organization.

Your key responsibilities
• Quality Findings Referral and Improvement Analysis
• Responsible for recording of findings and recommended actions resulting from Quality Assurance Assessments.
• Ensure all actions are assigned to the appropriate teams, notifying and meeting with responsible teams to obtain status and updates to the Findings Repository.
• For all assessments performed by Quality Assurance, responsible for recording risks identified during the assessment in the Risk Registry. Ensuring proper notification to all appropriate teams that the risk has been recorded, tracking all risks and mitigation plans.
• Accurately and clearly record assessment findings and recommendations in a timely manner.
• Work directly with the assessment stakeholders to manage all findings to closure.
• Set clear expectations with the assessment stakeholders and demonstrate good follow through by providing timely updates and status.
• Ensure all required evidence, documentation, data, and other collateral are collected and stored.
• Work with data owners and support teams to gather, parse, and analyze data required to manage findings and recommendations.
• Chair and attend reoccurring meetings with support area and process team representatives to refer new assessment findings. Gain updates to existing finding, recommended actions, and risks.
• Liaison with Quality Assurance analyst for proper and complete hand-off of assessment findings to Findings Referral.
• Act as bridge between assessment stakeholders and operational/technical teams to aide in resolution of open findings. Working across the organization and multiple processes to ensure complete and correct referral.
• Manage re-occurring meetings with operational, process and technical teams to update on open findings and status.
• Analyze findings to identify trends, improvements and top issues negatively impacting the business.
• Liaison with other Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence teams to rationalize and align on key improvements.
• Work with large data extracts from various sources for analysis and rationalization
• Prepare and present trend reports to ET leadership on systemic issues negatively impacting the organization, facilitating escalation and prioritization.
• Report to leadership monthly, quarterly performance dashboards and reports to senior leaders and governance team.
• Submit improvement recommendations to senior leadership and governance for review and approval.
• Drive the development of improvement plans to decisions (approval, defer, cancel).
• Track approved improvement plans and closely monitor until completion.
• Validate completed improvement plans have realized value.
• Ability to handle multiple assessment findings simultaneously across various business domains.
• Demonstrate strong ability to communicate and present to senior leaders, fielding questions pertinent to the findings, improvement, and trends reports.
• Continuously monitor the Findings Referral and Quality Improvement process for improvement opportunities, gaining insights through direct observation, customer feedback and surveys.
• Regularly maintain Findings Referral and Improvement repositories, working with development teams to introduce new enhancements and fixes.
• Responsible for conducting and analyzing yearly survey results to determine QA&I CSAT and NPS scores to drive team improvements and optimization.
• Assist the QA&I Lead in defining and monitoring the teams KPI's, metrics, roadmaps, and goals.
• Document and maintain Quality Improvement processes, procedures, and templates.
• Ability to work with globally disperse teams and contractors to perform assessment activities.
• Comfortable communicating to senior leaders and fielding questions to explain trends and tops issues.
• Comfortable escalating to move along stalled activities.

Skills and attributes for success

To qualify for the role, you must have
• A degree in Computer Science / MBA or a related field
• 5+ years in a corporate IT environment
• Knowledge of Quality Management Standards - ISO 9000, Project Management methodology, Process/Continuous Improvement methodology (Kaizen, Six Sigma, Lean, etc.)
• Ability and flexibility to operate in a virtual environment across multiple time zones
• Strong stakeholder management
• Strong skill in creating reports and dashboards
• Strong presentation skills
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint
• Other proven experience in a related technical field (infrastructure and business process development / analysis; application development, deployment/implementation)

Ideally, you'll also have
• Certifications preferred but not required - PMP, ITIL, TQMP, CQIA, CQA, SAFe, SixSigma
• Continuous Improvement knowledge would be advantageous

Sous la responsabilité d'un chef de projet, vous participerez à nos projets d'ingénierie en Inde en accompagnement de la vente de nos produits auprès de compagnies pétrolières.
Ces projets, pouvant atteindre plusieurs dizaines de millions de dollars, consistent à l'ingénierie et à la fourniture d'équipements et services sur sites pétroliers. Vous serez ainsi garant/e du respect des engagements pris en termes de qualité, de prestation, de délai et de coûts.
Vous aurez la charge de la coordination entre les équipes basées en Inde (en charge du relationnel client, du suivi et de la gestion des fournisseurs locaux, du suivi de chantier et du suivi opérationnel) et la direction basée en France (en charge des études de détail, du management du projet, du suivi financier et contractuel, de la gestion de la charge globale).
Vous animerez également les revues et réunions clients, interviendrez en support de nos actions de développement commercial et pourrez participer à des conférences techniques.

De formation Ingénieur/e, vous avez acquis une première expérience à un poste, idéalement à l'étranger et avez la pleine conscience des responsabilités qu'engendre ce poste de coordination entre nos équipes locales et la direction en France.
